Our personal trainers are educated, certified fitness professionals that provide positive support and motivation. All private sessions are by appointment only. Based on your goals, needs, and availability Living Fitness will match you with the best trainer for you.

JOHN MONTGOMERY
Owner, Trainer

  • John has been serving the health and fitness industry for over 14 years. John is a recognized Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy and Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He holds speciality certifications through Platoon Outdoor Bootcamps and NASM including Corrective Exercise Specialist, Resistance Training, and Cardiovascular Training for Performance. John and his wife, Alissa, opened Living Fitness to provide a professional, motivating, and personalized one on one training experience. John is committed to his clients success. He provides challenging, customized workouts along with cardio programming, nutritional guidance and support both inside and outside the studio.

ALISSA MONTGOMERY
Owner, Trainer

  • Alissa has been active in the fitness industry since receiving her first Pilates certification in 2004. Alissa holds Pilates certifications from IM=X Pilates, Peak Pilates System I and System II Mat/Studio Equipment, and is a Certified Personal Trainer recognized by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. With dual certifications in both Pilates and personal training, Alissa has an unique understanding of both disciplines and the benefits of incorporating each into your personal exercise routine. In addition to providing personal training services, Alissa is also responsible for managing all of Living Fitness's business operations. She is passionate about forming strong client relationships and working closely with each individual to help them achieve their personal goals.

ERIC RIEDELL
Trainer

  • Eric is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds advanced certifications in Kickboxing and Aqua Kinetics. High intensity cardio, boxing and body weight core strength have all been a big part of his clients' success. Eric works closelv with his clients to focus on movements that mimic real life demands and which will calmly push them beyond expectations. When possible he encourages clients to train for an outdoor competitive event which both motivates and structures workouts over a number of weeks. His goal is to make your workout one of the highlights of your day.

CHRISTINE LANGNER
Trainer

  • Christine found her love of movement, especially dance, as a child. She performed in numerous Broadway musicals including Cats, Starlight Express, and Miss Saigon. As a dancer, Pilates was initially used for rehabilitation then eventually became her profession and passion. Christine is certified by IM=X Pilates, Polestar Pilates Reformer and Studio Equipment and is currently completing the Yamuna Body Rolling certification. She is trained in Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Pilates for seniors. Pilates for dancers and is also a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Christine enjoys sharing her expertise of body mechanics and her joy of movement with each of her clients to help them connect to their bodies and feel their best.

LIZ CINNAMON
Trainer

  • Liz has been a fitness professional for over 20 years. She started her career in Sweden as an Aerobics instructor and running coach. After living around the world and always making fitness a priority she moved to the United States and turned her passion for fitness into a full time career. Liz holds a Personal Training and Group Fitness certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Her other certifications include Spin, Gravity, TRX, Aqua Fitness, Kettle Bell Training, 500 Hour Certified Yoga instructor, Hot 26 Yoga and Meditation. She is an avid cyclist and runner, volunteering her time as a running coach to the adolescent girls running group Girls on the Run (GOTR). Liz believes that along with strength training each client should recognize the importance of proper nutrition as well as their mental fitness. She believes training mentally and physically gives her clients an outlet that tones the spirit and conditions the body.

PIERRE DOCSOL
Trainer

  • Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Montclair State University, and has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for almost 20 years. Pierre's sessions focus on core training for flexibility, balance, stamina, and functional movements; always with an emphasis on proper training form and technique. He believes you can exceed your highest expectations through hard work and determination, whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, or simply functioning better in daily activities. He strives to keep you motivated and positive throughout your fitness journey, emphasizing your accomplishments and overcoming physical challenges during each training session.
